What are the delivery times and costs for DHL Express?

Our delivery times are maintained despite the health context. 

Tracking number of your shipment will be indicated in your customer account and in the shipment confirmation email.

Express orders placed before 11am French time are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am are processed the following day. During busy periods, preparation times may be extended up to 72 hours. 

For shipments outside of European Union, customs clearance may result in additional shipment delays.

Orders are delivered directly to the recipient's address, the recipient's signature is mandatory.

Express DHL shipment is available in the following countries:

ZONE 1: France (excluding DOM-TOM) - €12.

DELIVERY TIME: Next day delivery (business days) for orders placed before 11am.

Delivery directly to the recipient’s address, with an automatic drop-off at a parcel relay point if the customer is absent.

ZONE 2: Europe - €15.

DELIVERY TIME: 1 to 2 business days for an order placed before 11am.

Delivery directly to the recipient’s address, with an automatic drop-off at a parcel relay point if the customer is absent.

ZONE 3: - €25. 

Albania, Bosnia, Israel, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan:

DELIVERY TIME: 2 to 3 business days for an order placed before 11am.

Delivery directly to the recipient’s address, with an automatic drop-off at a parcel relay point if the customer is absent.

ZONE 4: Rest of the world - €40.

South America, Saudi Arabia, Africa, Maghreb, DOM-TOM:

DELIVERY TIME: 2 to 5 business days for an order placed before 11am. 

Australia :

DELIVERY TIME: 10+ business days for an order placed before 11am.
