Cross interview Lauranne Victoire Favre x Marie Pidancet

Creators of Les Couronnes de Victoire and Louise Misha, their respective worlds are in accordance without contradiction in this collection of accessories dedicated to happy days. What about their personal tastes?

The most beautiful ceremony you have ever attended?

Lauranne Victoire Favre : My best friend’s wedding. It was a magical moment that conveyed a strong cultural message. We had sarees, the groom was German, all the communities mingled together ... It was a very beautiful ceremony.

Marie Pidancet : Last year in Australia, when I attended the wedding of a friend who is also a salesperson at Louise Misha. A very intimate ceremony - there were 6 of us! On a beach, barefoot… Very beautiful memories in an insane setting!

The ceremony of your dreams?

Lauranne : The ceremony on the beach that Marie has just described, that would be my dream!

Marie : Me too, a very spontaneous ceremony, without much organization!

What role for a child during weddings?

Lauranne : I find it great when older children can attend their parents' wedding. It's an important moment in life, it makes great memories.

Marie : Marriage is family, so it's very important for the kids to attend it, they have a central role.

Do you have any memories of you as a child at a wedding?

Lauranne : I've been a bridesmaid over 10 times so I remember it well! I attended all of my cousins' weddings, well-styled with a braided bun, a flower crown on my head and a little hazel dress ... I loved to be dressed, pimped, it was a real princess day.

I've attended less weddings so it's kind of a blur for me. The only memories I have are the moments of the wedding cake… the desserts in fact!

What is your favorite flower?

Lauranne : I’ve got 3: Hydrangea - which I often use - rose and lilac.

Marie : Peony.

An ideal music to open the ball?

Lauranne : Change is gonna come by Sam Cooke.

Marie : I don't have a title in mind but I would say music by Otis Redding.

A music to end the evening?

Lauranne : September by Earth Wind and Fire.

Marie : After careful consideration, I think it would be the Spice Girls!
